There are a number of issues with music whilst you work if you are in an office. (Different rules apply to shops / venue / catering areas etc.)

All of our commerial space is licenced for public music performance with PRS. This is very expensive so the area licenced has been kept only to the essentials.

Unfortunately this means that most of our office space is unlicened. So, you can listen to your music from your phone etc. on headphones on in an office where you are the only occupant. Playing the radio / TV / streaming service on speakers in your shared office is not permitted.

Streaming services e.g. Spotify / Apple Music and the likes of iTunes etc.

Most of these services are only licenced for personal use. Listening at work, even if it is just you, is not personal use. So that also is not permitted. Check the terms & conditions.
